Where can I get beef sausages?
I have been looking for uncooked beef sausages and can't find any
Any suggestions on where I can get them? All I see at the grocery stores is pork. I don't eat pork... can't even find any chicken, turkey or lamb sausages >

Highland Farms has a nice veal sausage in lambskin coil worth looking for.
Costco has turkey sausages.

Costco carries turkey and I believe chicken sausages, which makes me believe that major supermarkets should also. I am pretty sure I've bought them at loblaws/superstore. Where did you even look?

I can't answer for the OP, but following Halal or Kosher rules would eliminate pork but not the other meats.
Beef franks are often considered the best of all hot dogs, if they are made from front quarter beef from old bulls.
This is preferred in Chicago. Admittedly not a fresh sausage, but the extra flavor of an aging beef animal is what they are looking for.

Thx. Will check at Costo.

I had checked at Metro and even spoken to the meat fellows and they stated they only have pork.

No. We grew up eating beef sausages and really like them.

We don't eat pork. Looking for fresh beef sausages as we grew up eating them and love the taste...

I usually find this brand at either Metro or the Loblaws brand chains
Shopsy's® All Beef Breakfast Sausages
It is usually with the other frozen sausages at the grocery
The price usually varies from like 3.99 to 4.99

That is some salty sausage, it's good but very salty. I go to Hartman's
Hartman's Kosher Meats
5988 Bathurst St
They are pricey but you can't beat the quality. Their beef fry is also really good as pork bacon substitute.
The WalMart at Yonge/Center street also has a kosher section, where they carry some deli items. Frozen beef sausage by another local deli, but taste wise, it is meh.

I can't say for sure but I think Richard and Sons carries the sausages. They have a lot of different sausages/meats. They're located in Mississauga though.

You might want to check out Aurora Meats as well. They're also in Mississauga.

Aurora Meats has the best 'cevapi' that I've ever tasted. And this is coming from someone who grew up on those. If you don't know what that is, it's basically a small pork, lamb, and beef sausage without the casing that's barbecued. Absolutely delicious. For an Italian place these guys do it better than the Bosnians/Serbs/Croats. For a twist you can also ask them to make them out of chicken as well. The chicken ones you have to order in advance as they don't make them daily.

Sometimes you find eg beef or chicken sausages but the casing is pork as well which doesn't help if you don't eat pork

These guys have some pretty good Turkey Sausage. They have all kinds of sausages like Beef, Venison, Bison, Buffalo, Wild Boar, Shark, Alligator, Camel. They were at the CNE handing out free samples. The sausages are pretty large, have to slice it up like salami almost. You can only order by phone, fax or email, they don't have stores. A lot of the more interesting meats aren't listed on their website. They said they do a lot of shows though.
