I think the settings for all your accounts are becoming increasingly complex, with all the conflicting advice, that I'd propose you create a new profile, and add together 1 account with the AT&T recommended settings, and use a secure post key in place of the regular account countersign. Confirm that the account can send and receive, then add some other account once the first one is working. Requite each account a singled-out Business relationship Name, and each smtp a singled-out Description. Have each account ship through an smtp server which has the same User Proper noun and password (mail key) equally the incoming business relationship. (Select the business relationship in the left pane of Account Settings, set the smtp in Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the correct pane).
Once you have 2 accounts working properly, add the residuum in the same way. Later, you tin can always transfer data such as Local Folders, accost books etc. from the one-time profile to the new i. Aid/Troubleshooting Data, about:profiles to create and launch multiple profiles.

The Reply-to Accost wasn't 'authorized' on the provider'southward webmail site. A possible factor hither?

There is also this featherbrained Yahoo push to remove less secure apps and enforce app passwords.
Try changing the server name in approachable servers (SMTP) from the ATT provided one of outbound.att.cyberspace to smtp.mail.yahoo.com hallmark method in outgoing servers (SMTP) to oAuth2.0.
I would non suggest the change, except in some other thread here this week, yahoo back up told an ATT customer that was having certificate issues to change the incoming server name from the ATT ane to the yahoo one, and so if it works for incoming, it most likely works for approachable. No impairment in trying anyhow.
If that works, perhaps consider using the yahoo server settings for the incoming as well, that way you can use oAuth2.0 hallmark for everything and the whole email mess becomes simpler.
